Chris Knight
Veterinarian

Dr. Chris Knight grew up outside of Cornwall.  He completed a bachelor’s degree at Queen’s University followed by a master’s degree at the University of Calgary; both in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.  Afterwards, he decided to pursue his love of animals and dream of becoming a veterinarian and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2016. Dr. Knight became a part of the Kemptville Animal Hospital team in January of 2019.  He has a professional interest in feline medicine and ultrasonography. 

Dr. Knight lives with his wife Jessica, who is also a veterinarian, and their two cats: Elliot and Loki. Growing up, he spent a lot of time playing soccer and hockey and is still an avid hockey fan. Other activities he enjoys include skiing, reading, board games, bowling and hanging out at his cottage in the Summer.
